Following through with these requests will help both your family and our team ensure that all of your possessions are in a safe place. This preparation will allow us to provide you with the best possible cleaning service and ensure the safety of your belongings and pets. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and efficient cleaning environment.
  • Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
    No, you do not need to be home for every cleaning service with Super Clean. Our cleaning services operate on an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, Monday to Friday, allowing flexibility for our customers. Most of our customers are not home when we arrive for cleaning services. In these cases, our insured housecleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or garage code for access to your home. Your trust and security are of utmost importance to us, and we ensure that our team is thoroughly vetted and trained to provide reliable and secure cleaning services. If you have any specific instructions or concerns about access to your home during cleaning services, please feel free to communicate them with our team, and we will accommodate your needs accordingly.
  • What if something's damaged during a service

In the event that something is accidentally damaged during our cleaning service, our residential housekeepers are fully insured, allowing us to address the situation promptly and effectively.   • How do I pay for Super Clean services
    Payments for Super Clean services are due on the day of your scheduled service. Most of our valued customers leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter, but we also accept Zelle and Venmo payments. If you do choose to write us a check, please make it payable to Super Clean. We strive to make the payment process as convenient as possible for our customers, and we are happy to accommodate various payment options to suit your needs.

    While tips aren’t expected, our housecleaners are allowed to accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service while others provide a large tip at the end of the year. You can also leave a review on our website or Facebook page.   • Are your housecleaners comfortable with pets being in the home during a cleaning service?
    Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company. Our professional housecleaners are comfortable working around pets, as long as they are friendly and non-aggressive. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave them outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our staff. If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to access your home and if there are any special instructions regarding your pets. We want to ensure that both your home and your pets are safe and comfortable during our cleaning service.

    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
